First seen Nov 11, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new treatment called CD6-CAR Tregs for people with chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD), a complication after stem cell transplants. The treatment uses specially engineered immune cells from a donor to help control the immune attack on the patient's body. The study aims to find the safest dose and see if it's feasible to produce and give these cells to 27 participants.
