Summary
This study looks at whether a special diet, called the Crohn's Disease Exclusion Diet (CDED), can help adults with active Crohn's disease feel better. Some participants will also get a liquid supplement, while others will add dairy products back early. The goal is to see which approach reduces symptoms and inflammation better.
