Summary
This study tests a special diet called the Crohn's Disease Exclusion Diet (CDED) in adults with active Crohn's disease. One group gets the diet with a liquid supplement, while the other adds dairy back early. The goal is to see if the diet can reduce symptoms and gut inflammation without needing long-term medication.
