Heart failure device under Real-World watch: can CCM cut hospital stays?

Summary
This study tracks 5,500 people with heart failure who get a CCM device to see if it reduces hospital visits and stays over time. Researchers will also check for device-related problems. The goal is to learn how well this therapy works outside of controlled trials.
