Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a drug called CBX-12 in people with advanced solid tumors that have spread and stopped responding to at least one prior treatment. The drug works by entering cancer cells and damaging their DNA, which can kill the cells. The study aims to see how well CBX-12 works and how it affects the body, with about 35 participants.
