Summary
This study tests a 4-session, phone-delivered sleep therapy for people who drink heavily and have insomnia. Researchers want to see if the program is practical and if it can reduce drinking and improve sleep. About 70 adults in New York State with hazardous alcohol use and insomnia will take part.
