Summary
This study tests a 4-session phone therapy that combines sleep help with alcohol use support for people who drink heavily and have insomnia. About 70 adults in New York State will try the program to see if it's practical and helps reduce drinking and improve sleep. The goal is to gather enough evidence to plan a larger future study.
