First seen Feb 03, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study explores whether cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) can improve sleep, reduce brain injury symptoms, and help people with mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) get back to their daily activities. Researchers will enroll 15 adults with mTBI and sleep problems lasting more than 4 weeks. Participants will learn sleep-focused strategies and report changes in sleep quality, daytime sleepiness, and how well they perform meaningful tasks.
