First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tests whether cognitive behavior therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) can improve sleep and reduce ADHD symptoms in adolescents aged 11-18 who have both ADHD and insomnia. Participants receive CBT-I sessions, and researchers measure changes in insomnia severity, sleep beliefs, ADHD symptoms, and mood. The goal is to see if this non-drug approach can ease sleep problems and related difficulties in this group.
