Sleep therapy shows promise for teens with ADHD and insomnia

Summary

This study tested whether cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) can improve sleep in 28 adolescents aged 11-18 who have both ADHD and insomnia. Participants received CBT-I sessions to change sleep habits and thoughts. The goal was to see if better sleep reduces ADHD symptoms, anxiety, and depression. Results are not yet available.
