Summary

This study tests whether group cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) can reduce anxiety and insomnia in 171 teens and young adults aged 12-20. Participants receive either CBT for anxiety or CBT for insomnia in group sessions. The goal is to see which approach better improves sleep and eases anxiety symptoms.
