Summary
This study looks at whether taking CBD can improve sleep quality after doing intense exercise late in the evening. Twenty healthy adults will have their sleep monitored in a lab after taking either CBD or a placebo. The goal is to see if CBD helps people fall asleep faster and sleep more efficiently after a late workout.
