One-Year watch: can CBD oil help control devastating seizures?

Summary

This study observes about 100 children and adults with severe, hard-to-treat epilepsy syndromes (LGS, Dravet, or TSC) who are already prescribed a CBD-based oral medication (Epidyolex®) by their doctor. Researchers will follow participants for one year to see how well they stay on the treatment and if it helps reduce seizures and improve daily life. The goal is to understand the real-world benefits and challenges of using this medication alongside other anti-seizure drugs.
