Summary

This study looks at whether cannabidiol (CBD) is safe and can help with pain and opioid cravings in people who are already on medication (methadone or buprenorphine) for opioid use disorder. About 34 adults with chronic pain will take CBD or a placebo in a random order over four sessions. The main goal is to check for side effects and how CBD affects thinking, pain, and drug cravings.
