Summary

This study looks at whether using a larger or smaller amount of fluid during an ultrasound-guided injection around the median nerve can better relieve pain in people with carpal tunnel syndrome. The trial will include 35 adults with mild to moderate symptoms. The goal is to find the best injection volume to improve comfort and nerve function.
