Could bigger injections mean better relief for wrist pain?
NCT ID NCT07283874
Summary
This study is testing whether using a larger volume of fluid during ultrasound-guided injections provides better pain relief for carpal tunnel syndrome. Researchers will compare different injection volumes in 35 adults with mild to moderate carpal tunnel who haven't responded to standard treatments. The goal is to see if more fluid creates better separation of the pinched nerve from surrounding tissues, potentially improving pain and function.
