Summary

This study tests whether a care coach-led team can improve quality of life for 770 adults with advanced cancer who are undergoing major surgery. The team includes surgical oncology, rehabilitation, and palliative care specialists working together to address physical, emotional, and functional needs. The goal is to provide better support before, during, and after surgery.
