Summary
This study is collecting information to understand how well patients with severe heart failure (cardiogenic shock) do when treated by a specialized shock team. Researchers will look at survival rates and compare different treatment approaches, including various heart support devices. The goal is to learn which methods work best to improve care for these critically ill patients.
