Tracking the hidden journey of heart shock survivors

Summary
This study aims to understand the challenges faced by people who survive a severe heart event called cardiogenic shock after they leave the hospital. Researchers will follow 350 survivors to track their health, hospital readmissions, and mortality. The goal is to gather information to build better support systems to help these patients safely return to their lives.
