Landmark study tracks heart shock Survivors' rocky road home

Summary
This study aims to understand the challenges faced by people who survive cardiogenic shock after they leave the hospital. It will follow 350 survivors to track their health, including how often they are readmitted to the hospital and their risk of death. The goal is to gather information to help build better support systems for survivors returning to daily life.
