Summary
This study tests whether a 36-session cardiac rehabilitation program, added to standard medications, can improve quality of life in people with coronary microvascular disease (small vessel heart disease). About 204 participants with chest pain and confirmed microvascular dysfunction will be randomly assigned to either standard care alone or standard care plus rehab. The main goal is to measure changes in angina symptoms and daily function after 4 months.
