Heart rehab trial aims to boost daily steps in fontan failure patients

Summary

This study tests whether a cardiac rehabilitation program can help adults with Fontan failure walk more each day and improve their exercise ability and quality of life. About 50 participants will either join the rehab program or receive usual care. The goal is to see if structured exercise and support can reduce frailty and fatigue.
