NCT ID NCT07577466

First seen May 20, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study follows 200 adults with suspected or confirmed cardiac amyloidosis, a condition where protein buildup stiffens the heart and leads to heart failure. Over two years, participants will have heart MRIs (at rest and during exercise), blood tests, and exercise breathing tests to track how the disease changes and how treatments affect it. The goal is to better understand the disease and improve early diagnosis.
