First seen Dec 10, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study looks at 50 people with cardiac amyloidosis who are starting a new medication. Researchers want to see if advanced heart scans (ultrasound, MRI, and PET) can show why the disease keeps getting worse in about one-third of patients despite treatment. Participants will have extra scans and blood tests at the start and after one year.
