Summary

This study tests a precise form of radiation called carbon ion radiotherapy in 33 frail adults with pancreatic cancer who cannot have surgery or standard chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this treatment can help control the tumor and improve survival with fewer side effects. Participants will be followed for overall survival, cancer progression, and quality of life.
