NCT ID NCT04544592
First seen Apr 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study tests a new type of CAR-T cell therapy made locally for children whose B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia or B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma has come back or not responded to treatment. The therapy uses the patient's own immune cells, modified to target and kill cancer cells. The goal is to see if it is safe and effective, and to make it available to more children, including those previously excluded from such treatments.
