First seen Apr 24, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study tests a new type of immune cell therapy (CAR-T) for children and teens whose B-cell leukemia or lymphoma has come back or not responded to standard treatments. The therapy uses the patient's own immune cells, modified to target and kill cancer cells. The goal is to see if this locally made treatment is safe and effective, and to include patients who were previously unable to receive such therapy.
