First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 32 times
Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new treatment called EPC-003, a type of CAR-T cell therapy, in 14 people with glioblastoma that has come back or not responded to standard care. The therapy is given directly into the fluid around the brain through a small device. The main goal is to check safety, and researchers will also watch for signs that the tumors shrink or stop growing.
