Experimental immune therapy tested for deadly childhood brain cancers
NCT ID NCT06946680
Summary
This early-stage study is testing whether a modified version of a patient's own immune cells can be safely used to treat aggressive brain tumors in children and adults. Researchers will collect immune cells from patients, modify them to better target tumor cells, and then return them to the body. The main goals are to determine if this approach is safe and to find the right dose for future studies.
