First-in-Human trial tests 'Ready-Made' cell therapy for Tough-to-Treat cancers
NCT ID NCT06241456
Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new type of cell therapy called FT825/ONO-8250 in adults with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The therapy involves giving patients specially engineered immune cells designed to find and attack cancer cells. Researchers will first test different doses to find the safest one, then see if the treatment can shrink tumors.
