Summary
This early-phase study tests a new gene therapy for people with pancreatic cancer that has returned after standard treatment. The therapy uses a patient's own immune cells, modified to target a protein called B7-H3 on cancer cells, and includes a safety switch to control side effects. The main goal is to see if the treatment is safe and tolerable for up to 27 participants.
