First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study tests a new treatment called anti-BCMA-CD19 CAR-T cells for adults with IgG4-related disease that hasn't improved with standard therapies. The treatment involves collecting a patient's own immune cells, modifying them to target the disease, and infusing them back. Researchers will monitor side effects and check if disease activity scores improve at 12 and 26 weeks.
