NCT ID NCT02935257
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This early-phase trial tests a personalized treatment where a patient's own immune cells are modified to attack cancer cells in certain blood cancers, including acute lymphoblastic leukemia, lymphoma, and chronic lymphocytic leukemia. The study includes 72 adults and focuses on safety and feasibility, with patients receiving different doses based on their cancer type. While the therapy aims to control the disease, patients require long-term follow-up for up to 10 years, and the approach is not considered a cure.
