Summary
This study tested a sequence of four drugs (carfilzomib, clarithromycin, lenalidomide, and dexamethasone) in 74 adults with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma, a blood cancer. The goal was to see how well the treatment worked and how safe it was. Patients received the drugs in a specific order, and doctors measured their response using standard criteria.
