Text messages help young adults cut back on cannabis

Summary

This study tests a new mobile health program for young adults aged 18-29 who use cannabis frequently or use high-strength products. The program includes personalized feedback and weekly text messages to help them reflect on their cannabis use and personal goals. 120 participants will be randomly assigned to either the mobile program or an online resource, and will be followed for 6 months to see if the program reduces cannabis use and related problems.
