Summary
This study looked at whether cannabis or a cannabis-like drug (dronabinol) can improve brain reward function in people with schizophrenia who also use cannabis. 263 participants took part, including those with schizophrenia and healthy controls. The goal was to understand if cannabis acts as a form of self-medication for these patients.
