NCT ID NCT04624074
Summary
This study tested a counseling program adapted for young adults experiencing their first episode of psychosis who also use cannabis. The program aimed to educate participants about lower-risk cannabis use, help them stay engaged in their specialty care, and encourage them to take their prescribed antipsychotic medication. Researchers worked with 17 participants to see if this adapted counseling approach was practical and acceptable.
