Summary
This study aims to understand if using cannabis changes the levels of HIV medications in the body and brain, and if it affects mood and thinking. Researchers will observe 120 people who already use cannabis and also give cannabis or a placebo to 40 people to measure immediate effects. The goal is to gather knowledge to help doctors better advise patients with HIV who use cannabis.
