First seen Apr 29, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tests whether cannabis is safe and practical for treating restless legs syndrome (RLS), a condition that causes painful leg sensations and disrupts sleep. Thirty adults with moderate-to-severe RLS will be randomly assigned to take cannabis or a placebo for 8 weeks. Researchers will track side effects, how many people finish the study, and changes in sleep and quality of life.
