Summary
This study is testing a personalized vaccine designed to train the immune system to recognize and attack cancer cells. It's for people with colorectal or pancreatic cancer who have had surgery but are at high risk of the cancer returning. The goal is to see if the vaccine is safe and can help prevent the cancer from coming back.
