Summary
This study tests a 7-week group program led by trained peers (not doctors) to help cancer survivors reduce anxiety and depression after finishing curative treatment. 234 adults in Denmark who completed cancer treatment within the past year and have mild to severe symptoms are taking part. The program teaches practical self-management skills to improve emotional well-being.
