Will young adults keep up with cancer screenings after leaving their childhood hospital?

Summary
This study aims to understand how young adults with an inherited higher risk of cancer manage their health care after they graduate from their pediatric hospital. Researchers will follow 56 participants for up to 8 years to see if they successfully find adult doctors and continue the recommended cancer screenings. The study does not test a treatment but observes the challenges and successes of moving from pediatric to adult care.
