New app aims to help cancer patients manage dangerous medication side effects

Summary

This study is testing an online platform designed to help cancer patients track their experiences and concerns about their medications while at home. The goal is to see if this tool makes it easier for patients to monitor side effects and communicate problems to their doctors, potentially improving their self-care and safety. Researchers will enroll about 80 adults with lung, colorectal, breast, or prostate cancer who are taking oral cancer medications.
