Summary

This study aims to identify Black individuals at risk for hereditary breast and colorectal cancers through community organizations. Researchers will use a simple screening tool to connect eligible participants and their families to genetic counseling and testing services. The goal is to help people understand their cancer risk and access resources to potentially reduce that risk.
