New Two-Drug attack on advanced cancers shows promise

Summary
This study is testing whether combining two existing cancer drugs, abemaciclib and pembrolizumab, is safe and effective for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer or a specific type of advanced breast cancer. It will involve about 100 participants who have stage IV cancer. The main goals are to check for side effects and see if the drug combination helps control the cancer.
