Can changing when you eat make your flu shot work better?
NCT ID NCT07000708
Summary
This study aims to see if a simple change in eating schedule can improve the body's immune response to vaccines in older adults. Healthy volunteers aged 60-85 will follow either their normal eating pattern or a time-restricted schedule (eating within an 8-hour window) for four weeks. After this period, all participants will receive their standard seasonal flu and COVID-19 vaccines, and researchers will measure changes in their immune function and vaccine response.
