Can changing when you eat make your flu shot work better?
NCT ID NCT07000708
Summary
This study aims to see if changing when you eat can improve how well vaccines work in older adults. Healthy volunteers aged 60-85 will follow either their normal eating pattern or a time-restricted schedule (eating within an 8-hour window) for four weeks. After this period, all participants will receive their standard seasonal flu and COVID-19 vaccines, and researchers will measure changes in their immune system and vaccine response.
