Summary

This study is testing if a small change in appointment reminders helps patients arrive on time. Researchers are comparing two types of messages: one that shows just the appointment time, and another that shows an explicit 'arrive by' time set 15 minutes earlier. The goal is to see if this clearer instruction makes clinic visits run more smoothly for everyone.
