The Two-Word text change that could end Doctor's office delays
NCT ID NCT07314697
Summary
This study is testing if a small change in appointment reminders helps patients arrive on time. Researchers are comparing two types of messages: one that shows just the appointment time, and another that shows an explicit 'arrive by' time set 15 minutes earlier. They will track when 300,000 UCLA Health patients check in for their primary care visits to see which message works better.
