Summary
This study tested a combination of drugs (camrelizumab, chemotherapy, and apatinib) as a first treatment for people with advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal was to see if this combo helps people live longer compared to chemotherapy alone. The trial enrolled 885 adults who had not received prior treatment for advanced disease.
