Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new drug called camonsertib combined with precise, high-dose radiation for people whose head and neck cancer has come back or cannot be surgically removed. The drug blocks enzymes that help cancer cells grow, while the radiation targets tumors directly. The study will enroll about 39 adults to find the safest dose and see if the combination can control the disease.
